It's a new year and we all make resolutions and often they involve our physical well-being. Whether you are looking to lose weight, run faster or simply get in better shape, Family and MWR has you covered.
The New Year's Resolution Run will include a family-friendly 5K run with concurrent 1.5-mile walk, the event will begin at the Recreation Center Bldg. 521. The first 60 people to pre-register will receive a T-shirt.
